Nichole Bates is a Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Certified Personal Trainer with over 5 years of experience in health coaching. She also carries a certification in Nutrition and a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a minor in coaching. And has experience working with clients ranging from 6-70 years old.
Nichole takes a holistic coaching approach with her clients. Rather than just looking through the lens of just exercise and nutrition, she explores all avenues that play a role in our health and commonly speaks to spirituality, mindfulness, self-care, career accomplishments, and lifestyle. She believes that all aspects intersect with a person’s well-being and ability to live a healthy life.
Nichole’s health coaching style is centered around relatability and compassion, delivered with an energy that is contagious. Her ability to meet each client where they are at and instill confidence in themselves allows her clients to create positive and lasting change.
A part of her philosophy is that each client is treated individually, simply because there is “no one size fits all” when it comes to health. Every client that works with Nichole is given a personalized plan that will help them learn along with seeing results. She believes if a client is learning the “why” behind what they are doing behavior change will be successful.

Brooke is a certified Health Coach and Personal Trainer with over 10 years experience in the industry. In addition to working with clients one on one she has led educational seminars, launched and managed group training programs, and coached and developed other fitness professionals in their roles as a coach and mentor for clients.
Brooke’s passion for health and wellness started as a young adolescent who struggled with her weight, and deepened as she managed gut health and a thyroid condition as an adult. Through nutrition and lifestyle changes, Brooke was able to optimize her own health and fitness, and wanted to support others who struggle with their weight and energy levels to do the same. In 2018, after becoming a mother to her daughter Lucy, Brooke also began supporting new moms who wanted to “feel like themselves again” after becoming a mother. She truly believes that you can be a great mom and keep your family on track with their health and wellness — you don’t have to chose one or the other.
Whether the goal is to lose weight, manage gut health, support healthy habits for your family, or just live a healthier life, Brooke is excited to partner with her clients to help them reach and maintain their goals. She believes in the importance of meeting people where they are currently at with their health habits (the good, the bad, and everything in between) and creates a path to support them in reaching their goals, with a realistic plan that works with the ebbs and flows of life.

Michelle is a licensed Natural Health Practitioner, Holistic Wellness Coach and Diplomat of Pastoral Science & Medicine. She completed her undergraduate degree in Business Marketing at Bethel University in Minnesota. Michelle enjoys mentoring, vacationing in Arizona and spending time with her husband and 3 kids. Her passion for holistic wellness led her to complete a Bachelor of Natural Health and Doctor of Naturopathy Certification to educate others on a preventative approach to health. She worked in a wellness clinic for five years before transitioning to wellness coaching and is trained in the Functional Diagnostic Nutrition D.R.E.S.S. protocol.
The research Michelle started in her teen years regarding her own health challenges ignited a passion within her for Nutrition. Over the years she has dealt with challenges related to the immune system, the thyroid, chronic fatigue and leaky gut, but found ways to manage these conditions successfully through nutrition, supplementation, and stress management strategies. She believes that the body is fully equipped with everything it needs to thrive, but that many people need support, education, and guidance on how to support their own body in reaching optimal health. Michelle believes our current daily environment and food supply is so loaded with toxins we must intentionally support the body — the cellular nutritional needs for the body are foundational for all.
With her background in Pastoral Science & Medicine, Michelle has found a passion for educating and encouraging individuals to live out God’s design for them, to renew their view of nutrition, movement, and lifestyle in a way that will ultimately enable them to thrive.
Andrew is an experienced, energetic and certified fitness and nutrition expert, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science with a Biomedical Concentration. He carries 10+ years direct experience working with clients, athletes and patients to remove the roadblocks to their health and wellness goals. His unique background and experience working within an integrated medical practice pushed him to challenge the status quo of health management, and has since lead him to E² Health where he looks to build the best and most effective health coaching services in the country.
Through his experience Andrew has seen and witnessed the meaningful impact that nutrition, exercise and lifestyle change has on someone’s life. He believes that everyone’s path and journey to health and wellness is unique to them, and so the approach and support they receive must be customized to the individual. Andrew is thrilled to have the ability to engage and interact with his clients 24/7 with E² Health, and sets his sights on changing the lives of millions of Americans.
Lauren Schultheis is a Certified Health Coach and Registered Dietitian with more than eight years experience in health coaching. In addition to coaching individuals, she has facilitated group education, developed coaching programs, and trained other health coaches.
She believes in setting realistic goals, and practicing what she preaches. Lauren has gone through her own health journey after becoming pregnant (naturally) and delivering triplets, and then discovering a benign brain tumor and undergoing brain surgery, all within the same calendar year! She is no stranger to stress or a busy schedule, but she believes all individuals have the ability to live a healthy lifestyle, no matter what obstacles they encounter.
