My initial goals were to lose some weight and become a faster cyclist. I’ve accomplished both those goals. I have lost between 15 and 20 pounds and have lost 4.5″ from my middle. I am able to comfortably fit into pants, shirts, and sport coats that have been hanging unused in my closet for several years because they were too tight – and I have had to begin buying jeans and shirts in smaller sizes. I feel stronger and quicker when mountain biking and my endurance on long road rides is better than it has been in years. These accomplishments are all due to the tools Nichole has given me to make smart choices in the areas of nutrition and taking care of myself. I will draw upon the coaching that Nichole provided for many years to come.
